  For your protection, all orders are insured for their full list price. If you require the item(s) to be delivered by a certain date or have any special instructions please contact us by phone and (or) email us to confirm the details of your order. Orders are processed the next business day (Monday – Saturday, not including Holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Customer Service may contact customers for additional information as required. Orders in the USA are delivered 2 to 3 business days from date of shipping (Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production as all items are custom made to the specifications of the order).  Once the order is shipped the customer will be provided with a tracking number. International deliveries may take longer depending on where the items are being shipped. Expedited delivery requests may require an additional charge.
